All things in moderation - Jan 23

OK, so I'm beinging to think I may not be a moderation kind of gal. Moderation just seems to allow me to eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I think I'll keep posting here, but very privately call it DON'T EAT WHAT ISN'T ALLOWED. Today's plan as follows:

B - 2 slices homemade toasted walnut oatmeal bread w/PB, fruit salad
L - turkey sandwich on whole wheat, carrots, tomato, orange
D - BBQ chicken and black bean burrito, salad

Today's workout is one of the IMAX's, maybe 1, and chest work
Have a moderate Wonderfulday, all to follow.
 
Ahh Robin-
I had trouble with the initial name too especially over the holidays. I actually think of this post as a public food journal. It makes us accountable to our selves and others and forces us to be honest.

Recently I read BFL and Eating for Life. The food nutrition principles are basic and solid. It was a true reality check. This thread is another reality check!

today
B- Hot Oat Bran cereal & 1 c soy milk
S- fruit and 1 oz lf cheese
L- white bean soup (homemade quicky- caned white beans canned tomatoes onions, clerey gr. peppers cilantro chili white pepper simmered.) & whole grain hi-fiber wrap
S- BFL bar, H20, tea
D- chicken sweet & sour with lotsa veggies ( homemade )
S- pudding 1 serving (sugar free ff pudding mix, 2 c skim milk and 1 scoop protein powder for 4 servings)

Hmmm. This place looks like what I need to help me eat cleaner. I have some vague goals in mind but haven't firmed them up yet. What I really want to do is seriously check into organic foods, which I plan on the next time I go grocery shopping. I may be back, ladies. Enjoy your healthy eating!
 
Morning ladies!

I wasn't so good on the weekend. I made cookies and ate far too many of them:( Today is the start of a new week though:)

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk, 1 piece toast with pb
S - apple, 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - salad with greens, kidney beans, cheese, cucumber, tomato and diced pear, lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese and diced peaches
D - something quick and easy as it's election day here and I need to go and vote:)

Workout is HSTA and core.
