Good morning!!

I did well at the Mexican restaurant last night, just didn't stick to my portion control on the chips but with the January rotation, who's counting chips!!! I did well on the main meal though.

Today looks a like this -

Br - oatmeal, blackberries, egg beaters, 1 pc WW toast, coffee w/creamer

Sn - sweet potato protein smoothie

Ln - out with DD today, we are planning on the Cheesecake Factory with a big NO for cheesecake!!! They have a great grilled tilapia there or did last time I went which has been a while. I believe I can make some good choices there.

Sn - probably a protein bar since will still be on the run

Dn - not sure, but since I'll be getting in later and much time to prepare a big meal, I'm thinking of sauteeing some onion, celery, green pepper in some olive oil, etc. and add some cumin and black beans. I think I've seen Shelley fix something like this. Shelley, if you do, let me know if I'm missing anything.

Today

B- hot oat bran w/ soy milk
S- apple and 2 oz. low fat cheese, tea
L- out with abuelos & kids at our favorite natural eatery. (easy to eat well here.)
S- 2 clementines & yougurt
D- probably pork stir fry w/ lotsa veggies (DS wants it once more before he leaves.)

Hey Judy,

I take about a cup of mash sweet potato (frozen), 1 cup of skim milk (you can use soy if you prefer), one scoop of vanilla protein powder. The frozen sw. pot gives this the most creamy texture. You can use cinnamon in it if you prefer but I like mine without, it reminds me of a sweet potato pie.

Jane, I agree with Judy that cilantro would be good, and a bit of chili powder too:)

I did really well yesterday.

Today, I'm honestly not sure of the plan, but I'm SO jealous of your Cheesecake Factory trip Jane! We don't have CF here.:(
 
Hey everyone,

I thought I would butt in here since I've never posted in this. I don't have the perfect diet right now but I am starting today.


bkf-raisin bran,orange
sn-none (this isn't good I know!)
lunch-peanut butter sandwich w/water
sn-protein shake
Dinner-pizza, but don't intend on eating much.


Have drank water all throughout the day.
