Today is big calorie today for me!!! approx. 2,082 glorious calories!!!

Here's the plan -

Br - 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, blueberries, coffee w/creamer

Sn - cantaloupe protein smoothie

Ln - deli turkey sandwich on WW w/light mayo, a serving of pretzels, orange

Sn - 1/2 cup whole wheat Chex cereal, 1/4 cup skim milk

Dn - MEXICAN!!! ***pauses as she dances around the room***
:) The plan is for fajitas (shrimp/chicken). I'll try to keep the tortilla chips under control, I have a number I plugged into fitday that fits, let's hope I can stick with it!

My plan is for Friday night pizza with the family. ***However, I make one pizza whole wheat and with lotsa veggies and fat free feta instead of mozzerella.

B- hot oat bran cereal w/ soy milk, coffee
S- BFL shake, fruit or V8
L- tuna mixed with mild adjvar spread in a lettuce wrap. (roasted repper spread) roasted cauliflower from yesterday, seltzer
S- 2 TBSP soy butter and granny smith apple, tea or seltzer
D- whole wheat veggie pizza big salad w/ vinagrette, seltzer

Morning all!

Yesterday went well, except when I got home I didn't feel like cooking myself anything and Sophie just wanted scrambled eggs, so I had a sandwich.

Today:

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk, one piece toast with pb
S - cottage cheese and fresh pear with dash cinnamon
L - toasted WW English muffin with avocado and lf cheese, apple
S - yogurt and berries
D - I'm going to try for the WW pasta again:)

Workout today is supposed to be a 5 mile run, back and core. I'm not sure about the run. I may have to sub something else. Maybe I'll try Jane's MIC hi/lo and L&G:)
 
Today's my cheat day. I allow myself a little leniency on Fridays.

B-1 cup Blueberry cereal, hardboiled egg
S-7 triskets, low fat spread
L-3 meatballs, whole grain roll, lg salad w/lt dressing
D-2 slices of homemade pizza and a couple glasses of wine.

I'm doing Ripped this afternoon. Got the DVD this week and love it! Maybe I'll do a couple of miles on the treadmill too, to make up for tonights dinner.
