Yesterday was another good day, I'm happy to say. Hope the dislike for food can last through the upcoming weekend with more company and more unclean meals. Today is much the same as yesterday. (Wish my souup recipes didn't make soooo much)

B - wheat chex w/blueberries, soy milk, banana
L - lentil and brown rice soup, slice whole wheat bread, carrots, orange
D - Salad
Got up early to do LowMax, since chores after work will take up any work out time.
Eat clean, ladies.
 
Ugh. I don't know what the heck happened to me yesterday, but I failed miserably at any sort of semblance of clean eating. So that's the end of that. Today will be much better. I'm going out for lunch with a friend, but luckily the only thing on the menu at the place we're going that I can eat is a veggie stir fry.

So:

B - mixed high fibre cereal with soy milk and banana
S - 1/2 WW English muffin with pb, apple
L - veggie stir fry
S - cottage cheese and fresh pineapple
D - big salad with protein

Workout is cardio and biceps and core.
 
So far, so good. Today is day four back on track. I'll post my menu later and it's all good.... this is big calorie day, so I'll shooting for around 2,080 calories.
 
I treated myself to a Dunkin latte LITE last night(made with skim milk and splenda)but was quite good the rest of the day!:)

Today so far...

B: Kashi cereal w/ff milk, coffee

S: small banana w/ nat p/b

L: turkey on ww toast w/l/f mayo and a scoop of l/f cottage cheese, glass of light and healthy o.j.

I'm sure I'll have some kind of snack later and then will be at my mom's for dinner so who knows THAT means!:eek:
