Hey, where is everyone? Propped up in a corner in a food induced torpor? Things got back on track yesterday. I even skipped my "small piece of chocolate" snack. Today's menu

B - wheat chex w/blueberries and soy milk, banana
L - lentil and brown rice soup, slice wheat bread, carrots, orange
D - Lemon-Bay Shrimp, rice, salad
S - apple
I got up a little early and did the 1st three segments of IMAX 3. This afternoon I plan on upper body weights with PS Back,Bi,Tri,Chest and Shoulders. Anyone out there? Anyone care? That OK. I don't mind...

S-scoop of l/f cottage cheese

The rest of the day remains to be seen....I'm not a planner when it comes to my food so who knows but I DO plan to be good! I just went shopping yesterday so I know I have good food in the house now. NO EXCUSES! ;)

I weighed and used my omron yesterday and was amazed to see that my body fat had gone down to an all time low (YIPPEEEE!) so I want to KEEP it that way!:)
