I'll post mine later but planning clean today, tomorrow is another story, I start my Christmas baking!!!+

Since I don't plan my meals, I'll post what I ate yesterday
preworkout: oatmeal w/ff plain yogurt stirred in
postworkout: chocolate/banana/pb smoothie
lunch: squash soup with plain yogurt stirred in (like sour cream, yum!)
snack: hot chocolate
dinner: won ton soup, 1/2 order shrimp & vegetables, hot tea

NO SNACKING AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!

Moderation doesn't seen to be a word in my vocabulary anymore! After two days of atrocious eating, I'm hoping to get back on track today.
B - 2 slices blueberry bran bread with peanut butter, banana
L - chicken soup, 1/2 PB&J sandwich, carrots, apple
D - out for Thai with DH
S - better not count on one since we're eating out
Christmas is getting closer and the treats are increasing. Moderate, moderate, moderate, moderate....

Judy,

I meant to thank you. I started heading for the snacks, even though I wasn't hungry at all. We were going to watch the 2 hour Apprentice finale and it's just become a habit to eat while I watch tv at night....(GRRRR), then I thought of you and that you were trying and doing well, and I thought it was kind of unfair for me to encourage you and then not try myself.....and I skipped the snacks.
It's amazing to me that I'd even WANT to snack at night because I always am more comfortable sleeping on an emptier stomach and feel better/more energy in the morning that way too!
I have to constantly remind myself though!!!! (and obviously I don't always listen ) But I listened last night and I hope its just day one in many to come!
Thanks again for the encouraging words!!

Great job on not snacking Becky especially since you aren't hungry. I need to start reading my body signals a little better especially when sweets are involved. Like right now!!!

I brought home the dreaded and long awaited cowboy cookies tonight and a large container of homemade peanut brittle. My MIL can really bake!

Anyway I had one cookie and a small piece of peanut brittle. We went out for DD's birthday and I did well, got blackened tilapia and a sweet potato. This is big calorie day on zigzagging and I didn't quite get to my calorie intake I needed even with the two treats.

Now I am off to do MIC step only and 200 walking lunges, I am a day behind due to loss of power yesterday. I don't feel the need to eat the entire tin of cowboy cookies which is a huge relief. Now if I can only make it through my baking this weekend!! Willpower and restraint, willpower and restraint.... my mantra for the coming week!!
