Morning Jane!

I had a good day yesterday too! I've managed to meet all my goals this week, and I'm pretty pleased with that.

Today:

B - steel cut oats, diced apple, cinnamon, soy milk
S - other half of apple, 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - leftover soup, lf yogurt
S - grape tomatoes and carrot sticks with 1 oz lf cheese
D - large salad with protein

Workout today will be chest and a premix from my new SB/SJP dvd:)

I sayed the course yesterday too!

today-
B- hot oat bran cereal w/ soy milk
S- 2 clementines and ff yougurt
L- 2 tofu hot dogs and raw cauliflower with honey mustard for dip
s- 1 oz. lf cheese carrots green apple sliced
D- planning on WW pizza, but may not make it if DS is still sick. If so will hve large salad with grilled chicken pieces on top.
S- have to go to a benefit cocktail party... 1 glass wine and raw veggies. Seltzer/ lime

Hello ladies.

The other day my cals were on the high side...not over the top but too high for a deficit day for sure.

Yesterday the cal range was good but I would have liked to see a little less fat in my diet.

Today is a new day so hopefully I'll do better!

Great work girls! Keep it up!:)
