Doing well. Weigh-in and measurements this morning and I'm down 4 1/2 pounds from last Tuesday and lost inches too! WOO HOO

Br - oatmeal with SF strawberry/fig preserves, egg beaters on 1 pc WW toast, coffee with creamer

Sn - choc-covered strawberry protein shake

Ln - Salmon & chipotle wrap, orange, 1/2 serving pretzels

Sn - plain yogurt and Weight Watchers cereal

Dn - Couscous salad, lg salad w/chickpeas and lite blue cheese dressing. Dessert - 1/2 cup Edy's triple choc ice cream (no-sugar added and low fat)

Have a moderately clean day everyone!
 
Good morning everyone!

Well, I made it through yesterday with only ONE cookie, no chocolates and no soda! Go me!:)

B - mixed cereal with sliced banana and soy milk
S - grapes, 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - greens with black beans, cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumber and vinaigrette, whole wheat roll, 2 fig bars
S - apple, 2 oz almonds
D - WW pasta with tons of veggies and cottage cheese
S - protein shake

My 3 mile run is done already, and tonight is tris and core.

I've been doing good. This is what I had yesterday.

1-kashi fiber cereal with a small sliced banana and fat free milk, coffee.

2-turkey on whole wheat bread with a little lite mayo.

3-1/2 cup l/f cottage cheese and small banana.

4-protein shake

5-baked meatballs and cauliflower

6-natures path cereal and fat free milk

Today is a high calorie day!:9
 
Judy, it depends on what time of the month it is!! The right time of the month, it is 1/2 cup - wrong time of the month - 1/2 carton!!:p
