All the stuff, Okay some of the stuff I'm not doing this Year!

STS Nope not gonna do it, frankly and sorry if this offends but it just bores me to tears and I don't need 5% that much. (Truly sorry Cathe, DebbieH & Dela but true) I didn't like the clips either, if I want that I'll join Gold's Gym/York Barbell. (on the flip side I could be persuaded to try a little power lifting, I think it's fascinating...;) )

P90x or it's offspring P90x mC2? just not interested, although Tony could sway me, maybe later? (probably not)

Insanity or it's younger/kinder? fraternal twin Asylum, no. I have too many other sources for drills like these, if I want them.

Peak Fit Challenge, no but the class looks like fun!

Urban Rebounder Extreme? I'm happy with where I am with my style, still wondering why jump on and off the rebounder? or why this needs to be an interval workout? You're already working every cell in the body. Totally not for me.

Turbo Anything, sorry but maybe if I was 20 or 30, I've got my dignity.

Anything with a Kettlebell, Ropes, or stretchy thingy contraptions.

Anything you're not doing this year?

I have realized that their are certain trainers I shouldn't buy from...or I should say that I know the ones I should stick with. When I hear all the buzz about a certain workout or trainer I want to try it, I buy it/try it and then I never use it again and go back to the same trainer and workouts. So I think I should only buy from Cathe, Tony Horton and Shaun T....I like Patrick Goudeau, Lauren Brooks, and Mindy Mylrea, and some of Amy Bento, but that's it.

Hopefully realizing this will save me some $$.

Oh heck, I'd never count any one out, what doesn't fit this year may fit perfect the next, can't say that about my pants!

:)

Thanks for the insight but really the question was what aren't you doing, we already know what you do, pretty much.

I want to SO disagree with you about STS (and turbo fire!!!) AND tell you all the awesome things about this series, but I won't. I guess there are just some things you have set in your mind that you won't like.

I have this adversion to Insanity and Asylum. I did one Insanity workout, the fit test. It totally turned me off. I don't like JUST doing routine boring drills until I feel like I'm going to puke. I like a LITTLE fun factor to make me WANT to do them until I puke (Turbo Fire and Cathe's HiiTs!!!!)

It was really the length of STS that got me (& the boring), couldn't see doing just one meso, I haven't even reached the limits of Cathe's earlier stuff, had the same knee jerk reaction to S90 system and that was only 20 bucks.

If it has HIIT in the title or workouts I'm out, I just never got aboard that train and there's a reason for it. Not saying I never do anything that couldn't be considered high intensity but most of that style workout doesn't do it for me.

That's most of the new stuff & BB stuff.
