<---describes scene in non-arrow speak:

I was talking to one of our pilots at my desk and he said "Hey check out the parking lot!"
I went to the window and saw a dude in the middle of a field sobriety test and failing MISERABLY! I figured he was going to the lock up. He went through three tests (follow the finger...walk heel to toe...hold one leg in the air) and failed all three plus he was staggering and yelling. The cop cuffs him and take him over to the police car. The other cop from an unmarked car goes over to the DUI guy's jeep and pulls out two open cans of beer and takes them to the other cop car. He pours out the remains of two can of beers out on the asphalt in front of the dash cam. Next thing we know, the other cop uncuffs the guy and lets him go (he drove away!). We went out to the parking lot to make sure the fresh puddles were beer and they were. We are baffled. All that I can think is that either this guy was having an extraordinarily lucky day or it was a setup scenario for training. I am hoping for the latter!
