Hi RTers!
As those of you who have attended RT's know, Cathe likes to try to incorporate some "crowd favorite" moves into the Saturday morning step class. We'd like to gather a list for her from this year's attendees, so please post here and tell us your ONE favorite Cathe step move. And when you post, say "AUGUST" or "JULY" in your response -- that'll help us keep track for each weekend!
Keep in mind that Cathe's ALL about us having a great time in this class and being able to follow along. Complex moves just don't work well in a big, excited, happily nervous crowd. So she does NOT include the more intricate stuff from her choreography -- even it were voted the #1 favorite "move".
If you're a RT newbie, please don't stress over keeping up or following along in this class. Even if you're at the back of the room, you'll be able to follow someone just ahead of you, Cathe's verbal cuing is terrific, and the moves, as we said, are really going to be ones that you recognize by name. I am a complete step klutz and, two years in a row, I've "gotten" 98% of it and had a ball -- you will, too!!!
