It has been three very long days, but we're glad to announce that all Presale DVD orders that are shipping by UPS are now on their way to you. We only have some postal orders left to do and we will finish them this weekend. We also will spend this weekend catching up on customer service emails and new orders that we’re a couple days behind on. If you need to contact, please do so by email as we will not be returning phone calls until Tuesday because of the Holidays. We hope you enjoy your new DVDs!

Thanks so much for all your hard work! From beginning to end (June 1st delivery), this has been a most pleasurable experience. Your sharing of the filming, editing, etc kept me informed and excited. This was my first pre-order experience with any company, and I am so glad it was with you and your crew! My only regret is that I didn't order ASAP and don't have them in my greedy hands yet! LOL
