All out Hiit + Tabatacise used in Concurrent Rotation

I have missed Yesterday and today chat Rendez-vous and hope I can get my comments in and question before you get back online.
Cathe I can not comment on XTRAIN as yet cause I am still waiting for it to hit my my post. Having worked out with you for years, I know it is going be great and so much fun.Results of course will come with consistency and perseverance. Thanks for always coming up with fresh moves and techniques keeping our balance, strength and mind challenged in a fun way.

Cathe I have always prefered a concurrent routine daily...Because life is so busy and for me to get real result I have got to do both cardio and resistance consistently. Now I am very keen putting science to support my training approach. Now come my question.

Considering we are aiming hard to send our body to anabolic state by eating enough protein, carbs and lifting Heavy enough, How long do I need to a Hiit and or tabatacise premix to get my body to anabolic state? I do do a hiit premix prior to weight program and would like to know. I want to send my body to anabolic mode and carry on with weight hoping it is the most effective approach. Am i right or wrong? :-/

I am on STS and I am looking forward to trying out All out Hiit and tabatacise with STS.
