I've found that you can just use a single beater and your hand mixer to achieve the same results. Just hold onto the jar tight and you hav perfectly mixed, never needs to be stirred again natural peanut butter. It even takes on a slightly softer texture and stays that way, no more hard pb in the bottom of the jar. I've never had a problem with splashing, but the process is easier if you store your pb jars upside down before stirring them.

I have found that if I place the jar in the fridge upside down, the oil will go to the bottom of the jar (which is right side up). Not too much stirring required.
