Two different suggestions:
1) An all kickboxing cardio (aka no step) with weights. Basically a S,P&J with no step and kickboxing instead of the KPC intensity. Would LOVE this type of workout. I frequently mix weights between KPC segments already so I think this would make a super nice hard core workout for us non-steppers.
2) Not sure if Ramping is copy protected somehow, but a Cathe advanced ramping DVD would be awesome. Either with weight segments or without. Again, thinking up ideas for us non-steppers that will kick the heartrate up and have Cathe quality. Other DVDs just don't cut it!
PS: I have nothing against stepping but I have a previous knee injury that just can't take it (yet). Even if/when I can step again I don't want to do it more than once a week so any non-step Cathe DVDs I'll be buying right away!
