All Kickboxing + weights mix and Ramping (two suggestions)

Two different suggestions:

1) An all kickboxing cardio (aka no step) with weights. Basically a S,P&J with no step and kickboxing instead of the KPC intensity. Would LOVE this type of workout. I frequently mix weights between KPC segments already so I think this would make a super nice hard core workout for us non-steppers. :)

2) Not sure if Ramping is copy protected somehow, but a Cathe advanced ramping DVD would be awesome. Either with weight segments or without. Again, thinking up ideas for us non-steppers that will kick the heartrate up and have Cathe quality. Other DVDs just don't cut it! :)

PS: I have nothing against stepping but I have a previous knee injury that just can't take it (yet). Even if/when I can step again I don't want to do it more than once a week so any non-step Cathe DVDs I'll be buying right away! :)

How about a DVD with a complete kickboxing workout (or kickboxing plus plyometrics), a complete weight workout, and premixes that combine the two? (I like the option of doing just cardio, just weights, or both).

Please pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is ramping? Why is it possibly copyrighted? Was it "invented" by a particular company? Thanks ahead for any clues you can give me.
I agree about needing a non-step cardio and heavy heavy weights on one DVD. Only Cathe can do it. Her kickboxing tapes are leagues ahead of the others. Taebo is quite annoying. That Billy Blanks hardly spends any time doing the exercise in the advanced Taebo; instead, he is running around the room exhorting people to jump higher or whatever. With Cathe's kickboxing, I know that with very few exceptions what she makes you do on one side, she makes you do the exact same thing on the other. Taebo often forgets. Very annoying.
Cathe: more non-step cardio with heavy heavy weights. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
