Does anyone know how old Cathe is or any of the other girls working out in the videos? I'm new to the forum and just finished reading the 40-50ish topics.

Cathe turned 40 this year and Cedie is close to 40, if not a little older. They're all about my age, which keeps me motivated!

When the Intensity series was released in 2003 their ages were:

Cedie - 39
Lorraine - 36
Brenda - 36
Jai - 33
Rhonda - didn't give her age
