After the beginner - which is better?

I have the cross Train series and the Body Blast. I tried body blast rotation for a few days and I thought I would die!!! Earned my screen name with that one.

Is Cross Train a step down from that and therefore a logical choice? Every intermediate rotation I see online has sections from many different series and I just don't have $500 + to spend with 3 kids at home, so I'm trying to build my Cathe collection slowly. (so the husband doesn't notice :+ )

Let me also say, that like half the readers on here - I tend to bulk up in the legs and I want to try to be careful that I don't overdo them. By the way, how often should I use the Heavy weights on them? Legs section from Cross Train was great and my legs are definately sore today. But wonder what the rest of that series will do to me.

So, a rather long way to say - which one's next? Body Blast or Cross Train?
