Kay until you get a response from Chris, I found this info. SNM has said that you can do this program for 3 or 6 months. But, in answer to someone's question about doing 1 body part per week, here is some insight about your question that was buried in the last paragraph. SNM said: "STS is not a program that should be done 12 months out of the year. So, after finishing the STS program you may very well want to do a three day per week total body program as well as some other type of workout routine.Variety is never a bad idea as far as strength training is concerned"
yes, I would also like a suggestion as to what to do after the 3 months...do we start another program for a few months then go back to STS for a few months again???
Wanda, thanks for the info. have you seen the blog pix of Cathe doing back w/ the bar loaded at 80 lbs. WOW, I might be able to do 60 max!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me strenght! Kay

You're welcome. Yes, I saw the pix you mentioned. WOW!!!! Don't forget to count the weight of the barbell itself. I'm currently 8 weeks out with a neck/shoulder/biceps tendon injury and just starting range of motion with no weights. 80-85 pounds, not to mention 60 pounds (which is very good), looks way out of reach to me at the moment. But we will get there. Hey, let me know how much you improved your weight load at the end of your rotation, okay? I bet you will surprise yourself.
Wanda, sorry to hear about your injury. Hope you heal soon. (at least before STS comes out) I'll keep you posted on my end, keep me posted on your end. Get better soon! Kay
You can certainly do it over again, but your starting weight should be heavier. We would suggest after completing STS that you do some other type of program to keep your mind fresh and to expose your body and muscles to a different type of training.
