After doing a total body workout.....

After doing a total body workout such as supersets...is it okay to do like chest&back slow & heavy? I dont feel like I worked any particular muscle hard enough to skip a day. What do all of you do?

I wanted to do legs& glutes today along w/ chest & back.

If your muscles don't feel sore then I would go ahead, but it is usually good to give that body part a rest after you work it. Personally, I don't like the total body workouts because I feel like I am not getting completely "toasted" so I like to focus on certain body part workouts instead of just the total. JMHO
