Hi everyone
I need some advice... I'm looking for a good pair of shoes to use specifically for working out indoors, such as for Cathe's tapes, or the Kickbox/Sports Conditioning class I'm taking. For years, I've just used my running shoes, but I know (and have known) that they don't work so well, not to mention the fact that they wear out much much much more quickly! x( Especially when I'm doing kickboxing or quick movements, I tend to roll a little, and slosh around in my shoes. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it.
