A continuous flowing, heart thumping, sweaty, complete, vigorous Hatha Yoga for as long as you can/want. It could be endless poses/practices which includes Salutations, Standing and Sitting Poses, Head and Shoulder poses, backbends etc....and the correct breathing. I know she can do this. What can't Cathe do?

The tape I'm thinking about would of course be for all levels. Showing modifications with the stability ball, blocks and straps would be a great way to bring in beginning/intermediate.

Of course, cutting edge technology for this DVD. There is so much you can manipulate from a DVD now a days. Have people set up their own poses/practices for their unique situations, without setting it up with the remote control. It can be done. I have a DVD that does just that. (Look Into It)
