Cathe,
I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I am not sure what body type I am and want to make sure I am exercising according to what will help my type. I am 5'3 128lbs. I tend to gain weight around the belly and hips. I have been told that I may be an endo --can you clarify and tell me what tapes would be good for me? I have the PS series, S&H series, Power hour, MIS, and CTX and CTX upper body. I can no longer do high impact aerobics due to a slipped disc but like low impact. ANY help would be appreciated!!!
