I need help!! I have no clue what body type I am and therefore maybe doing routines wrong for me. I am 5'3 128lbs. I tend to gain fat around the belly and hips. I do not think I look like a pear but maybe I do............. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
Probably an apple.Either endomorph or endo/meso mix. Pears do gain on the hips and butt, so you might be one. But, pretty surely, if you carry a good portion of your fat on your stomach, you are classified as a apple.
