Cathlete
I am thinking about a four week rotation. I won't be able to start this for a few weeks but would like your thoughts and input. I was reading what Cathe did to get in shape after her baby and was trying to come up with a similar rotation. I would probably only do it for about four weeks.
M: Imax 1 or 2/PUB Chest
T: BC/PUB Back
W: CK or a Kickbox/PUB Shoulders
TH: ME/PUB Triceps
F: Step tape of choice/PUB Biceps
S: PLB/PUB abs
Sun:Rest!!! (This is my usual rest day)
This would allow me to work abs 3 times a week w/BC,ME, and PUB and would allow me to work on strength with one body part per day along with the endurance and cardio workouts. What do you guys think? I am just finishing up Seabush's adaptation of M&F Hers and I feel really strong. I want to keep working on strength but not give up the endurance aspect. Any input or advice would be appreciated. Thanks:7
P.S. I actually edited this at 9:52 p.m. I'm not crazy enough to be up at 12:40 a.m. thinking up a rotation...tee hee. I don't know how to get the correct time to show up on my posts.
