My personal favorites:

Hi Lo Cardio Knockout
ASC2
ASC3
In The Ring
Rumble
KBX
HLX
Hi Lo Dome Challenge
Slo Mo Challenge
APX
A Team Boot Camp

Really, her cardio is top notch advanced with awesome music and fantastic choreography. (Rumble is the only one thats drill-like) Her weight work is tough, varied and gives me serious DOMS. Plus, she a very nice person and has great customer service if you ever have a question about a workout or anything. HTH!

Amy's step is my absolute favorite:
ASC2 and ASC3 are total fun with motivating music with a driving beat, somewhat complex and very interesting choreography without a lot of breakdown, spot on cueing (as in you will not here her give a lengthy description of upcoming moves each and every time you do the workout). Her original ASC is worth having too in my opnion, but you will see a difference in production, length, etc. from the original to her most recent.

I like All Pump for a short and sweet total body pump (again, an original offering so keep that in mind that her workouts have improved and gotten better and better, but this is worth having).

I love the entire Challenge Series including SloMo, HiLo Dome Challenge, and ASC2 is part of the Challenge Series. The strength worth is traditional weight work with a bit of a twist. I get a little tired of hearing the phrase, "injury waiting to happen" (which seems to accompany any instructor trying to bring freshness or creatvitiy to a routine) b/c I don't believe that unless you just don't know your body and it's limits. SloMo does show some innovavation but to a seasoned, advanced exerciser, which this is geared for, you can easily modify to a traditional move if anything makes you uncomfortable.

HiLow Knockout is one of the funnest hi/lo workouts on the market. If you like a fast pace, motivating music (this has some of my favorite music in a workout yet), and non-stop choreogrpahy then you will love this one!

In the Ring is one of my favorite kickboxing workouts. I love the med ball segments and just the whole flow of this routine once you take the time to learn it (it's not hard to learn, a couple of run throughs, in my opnion). If you are a "serious" kickboxer than you may want to pass on this.

Her latest offering...Rumble is one Amy I actually don't like at all. I've done it all the way through twice now. It moves at an unbearably slow pace for me. Most of the workout to me, even with 1 lb. hand weights) feels like a super long warm up. I get warm and in places my heart rate starts to go up (not really until combo 3 & 4) but I have to really work at keeping it up. Someone said they like this for the "toning" benefit but just so you know where I'm coming from, when I pick out a cardio it's fine if I get a bit of a toning benefit from it, but I choose a cardio workout b/c I want the cardio benefit.

I also enjoy the extreme series, especially the cardio HiLo Extreme and Kickbox Extreme. I like All Pump Extreme as well.

I think Cardio Pump Step and Cardio Pump HiLo are worth having for those days you want to get it all done in way under one hour....like around 40 min.

So to summarize my favorites from most favorite to least favorite (using least lightly b/c I love all my Amy Bento workouts with the exception of Rumble):

ASC2 & ASC3 are tied for first place
In the Ring is sometimes in first place
HiLo Knockout (which has an awesome ab section as well) - sometimes this is in first place as well.
Second place favorites:
HiLo Dome Challenge
SloMo Challenge 3 Day Split
Third Place favorites:
ASC
HLX
KBX
Cardio Pump Step
Cardio Pump HiLo
All Pump
APX

I personally don't think you can go wrong with any of Amy's workouts. She is one of my absolute favorite instructors now. She is professional and has consistently delivered advanced workouts. Also go to www.nrgfitenss.net and click on products to check out nice long clips of all her workouts. She is very good about getting clips up and they actually work and give you a nice feel for the workout.

I do like Amy, and have a few of her workouts, AND am going to check out this sale :) However, I am not terribly cooridinated and some her her cardio moves leave me stumped. They look like so much fun though! Slo-Mo is fantastic. The moves are so very different than what we usually do and the leg ones left me hurting for a few days and I usually don't get that feeling. It was one move that she does with a barbell for your butt. OUCH! In a good way though - I need to get that one out again. Thanks for posting about the sale!

I don't have very many of Amy's workouts, but I have to say I LOVE Slo-Mo!

It's really terrific and innovative. I alternate it with some of my Cathe's weight workouts, and it has seriously improved my strength.
