I agree, Diane Sue. I think it is more of a yoga ball workout, than an athletic ball workout. If you love to do yoga, you would probably like The Method. However, even at that, I'm not sure it would offer the challenge you are looking for.
HOWEVER, Swiss Ball Abs by Adam Ford is very challenging. You know those preacher roll outs from Supersets? Adam Ford does them straight-legged with only the toes on the floor. Also, he shows an exercise where you get up against the wall and lie sideways over your ball and do a twisting crunch, holding a weight. Another exercise you would see in that video is alternating one-legged planks. He offers lots of good form pointers the whole way through. Its not the same type of production that Cathe offers- less peppy, but definitely some solid tough core work.
