advanced low impact step with weights, abs, & no squats

OK, I'm being specific about my dislike for squats, but my knees can't handle them!;)

How about a 65-min Step Blast-like workout with upper body weights and abs? I love using the step and since I exercise only three times a week, I'd like to be toning my muscles in every workout, in the vein of Cardio & Weights.

My all-time favorite workout is Kick, Punch & Crunch. (The FitTv version is good, but the full-length DVD is just phenomenal!) I find Low Max, Boot Camp, and Step, Jump & Pump difficult to do because of the squats. Forget about the IMAXes; after one IMAX2 workout (FitTV version) my knees are killing me!
