I'd love to see a low impact, advanced circuit workout (like a BootCamp, without the jumping). I have crummy, creaky knees and really have to avoid the hi impact stuff. It would be fun to see what sort of terrific workout combinations Cathe could create. I'm sure she'd kick my hiney and I'd still be smiling!
