Adobe Air?

The new instructions don't mention Adobe Air...To install, do you just
follow the Windows download "click" or do you have to install Adobe Air
on your computer before you even attempt to download Workout Blender?
Does it install w/the Blender if you dont already have? Thanks

Yes, the Workout Blender will automatically attempt to download and install (and also update) Adobe AIR, so you don't have to do anything...just install the Workout Blender!
