Hi Cathe,
I was wondering if you could advise me how to incorporate my running into any rotation. I'm currently doing your May Premix Rotation and I'm adding my runs a couple times per week. I only run just under 4 miles at a time.
Is it too much to do this in addition to the rotation? Should I just be substituting my runs for the cardio workouts? I feel like I'm cheating myself and the rotation when I opt for the second choice.
Also, is there a breakdown of premixes (somewhere on this website) for the workouts that came before your most recent four? The new workouts have every segment of the premix listed, whereas in the compendium you have to really search for the body parts and equipment used, to try to figure out what the rotation is all about.
I try to classify my workouts into cardio, strength, circuit, upper and or lower, etc. so a breakdown would really help me to see which have ab and core workouts, as an example. Your workouts can be classified one way, but the premixes can totally change the focus and objective of the original workout in its entirety.
Thank you so much. I am so glad I found you because I'm learning so much about working out and am gaining a higher level of fitness than what I had been used to all these years. You're the best!
