Adding Premixes/Chapters to selections

Another thing that would be great is if when we choose which DVD we did in the calendar, we could choose which part we did....example (AB's only section)...I know this may be a ton to add, but it would be nice
 
That's a great idea...I often do just "parts" of different workouts. For now I have just been typing in what section I did in the notes on the calendar.
 
I completely agree. I would also LOVE to see a way to track weights used for each exercise. This way you can see how you improve over time. I currently track this in an excel spreadsheet.
