Janie, your set-up looks great! Actually, I enjoyed all of your albums. You and your DH are so cute and you both seem like active and fun people. And those are some adorable pets you have!

Thank you everyone. With the help from your suggestions, I now have a great room, and had to share that with you all.

I felt that the Marcy Smith Machine would be an enhancement to Cathe's workouts. The at home exerciser (that's me) will enable a person to lift heavier and safer. I'm planning on tacking this extra boost onto Cathe's routines and hope to have one full body workout with it per week. For now, I'll have to work up to that.

No gym for me, unless of course it's Gym Style.;)

Tygra, I would love making calendars, but I'm too busy retiring. Thanks for the wonderful compliment. You too Amy, that was nice.

Wow, what a fabulous piece of equipment! Out of curiosity, is the bench removable? The smith machine is a major component of my leg workout & it doesn't look like you could squat & lunge w/the chair bench there..........

Other than that I'm thinking total body workout if you have enough dumbells too, you lucky girl! :p

The bench is movable. We don't mind having to move the bench though. The machine comes with a 300# Olympic weight set. We have 2# dumbells, to 40# dumbells. Barbell, ankel weights...everything. There really is no excuse to get into shape and stay healthy.

Wow, that is nice, I wonder if there is such a thing as an interior decorator for home gyms? Hmmm, a good speciality niche, I am sure.

It looks great! Just like mine. :p I'm so glad you were able to get it and make it work. It's an awesome piece of equipment, isn't it? I don't know how I lived without mine. :) I hope you're having fun with it. You have a great set up.
