Add Ons

Many people prefer to approach strength training in the form of add-on videos (such as Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body, Gilad's Quick Fit Series, Power Half Hour etc). I would LOVE if Cathe had something similar to those formats, 15-30 minute intense toning tapes (or a compilation DVD) for those with tight schedules :)
 
Good thinking! Because I was already using Tamilee Webb's I Want Those... series as add-ons and i love them. If Cathe did that, it would be even better.

Oh yeah, DEFINITELY!!!

I especially love the compilation DVD idea--a DVD just of little add-ons for specific body parts, for example something like the 13-minute stability ball section in PLB. (but something new!)

How about a DVD that contained four shorter cardio workouts, maybe 15 min. each of:

Step, Kickbox, Hi/Lo, and Intensity Drills

Then, on the same DVD, 15 min. each of:

Back & Shoulders; Chest & Arms; Legs; Abs

There may even be room for a few premixes. I'd like to have something like this from Cathe because you could add bits and pieces from this DVD to her other workouts.

Kinda like Workout Extensions.
