Much in the same vein as the Stretch Max and Core Max, DVDs, which have several shorter workouts on, I'd like to propose a "4-some" cardio DVD: a DVD with 4 short cardio workouts (step, hi-lo, kickbox, another step) that could be used as extended warm-ups for other workouts, or as add-ons after a weight workout. The DVD could also include a warm-up and cool-down segment, so we could mix and match and make our own entire workout if we wanted.
I'd also like to see a longer stretch workout, starting with some light cardio/ROM warm-up to get the muscles ready for stretching (similar to the longer warm-ups you've done in some workouts), following with stretches from different techniques (Active Isolated Stretching, PNF) or perhaps ROM moves for each body part followed by stretches for that same body part. Premixes could include upper body only and lower body only.
