Rewind to December 2010, when I was just starting to use Cathe's latest workouts and it seemed like my weight workouts became more efficient, noticeably so in calories expended and in overall feel of exercises.
Then this month the same thing happens in my second week with Gym Styles.
I had thought maybe I didn't go heavy enough last month but this month, arms shaking I know that wasn't it, yet still with HRM graph showing a noticeable decrease across the board in effort, way less calories burned, lower HR avg & max? My HRM is very consistent with this in both weight & cardio workouts, fairly sure there's no problem with that.
I don't know if I am explaining it well, but is this adaptation, energy
efficient, better recovery?
