Active You - What outfits did you get?

Hi Jo!! I got 4 things and am returning 1 thing and exchanging for 2 other things. The 4 things that I got were the black/pink bottoms, pink/black tankini, brown/pink top and the brown/pink bottom which I am returning because it's to low on the behind and a little to short in length for me. I am 5'6. Also I am exchanging for the pink/black top for the same one because it did have some pulls in them. Sharon was very nice about this. The other 2 things that I am getting is the combo blue bottoms that you see on the Kos web same as the black/pink but blue. I am also getting the White tankini in white. The pink/black combo pants fit really nice and very comfty and the length was perfect. I really like the brown/pink top the one in stretchmax better then the pink/black top material wise. The pink is more silky as the brown/pink is cotton. There was some other outfits black/pink in the Kos catalog that I wanted but Sharon said they were going to be in until Feb of next year so I might order them in Feb. HTH
I ordered the brown pants and the long top that Cedie is wearing in Stretch Max. I just ordered on Friday, so I'm not sure when I'll receive them.
I also ordered the black shoes they're wearing in Kick Max. I used to wear Avias long ago when I taught hi/lo and I loved them. However, over the past several years I've only been able to find Avias crosstrainers in my town and not actual aerobic shoe which I need for my bunions. I was very excited to visit the website and find actual aerobic shoes from Avia. I hope I'm not disappointed and they are as great as they used to be.

I ordered the black pants with the side slits and V front, black cami bra, purple with black piping top from Musclemax and periwinkle high neck top from CoreMax. I'm just starting with those and if I like how everything fits then I will order more. I will be receiving the package tomorrow so if you want I'll let you know how they fit!
Barbara, I think I have my eyes on the same pink/black outfit from KOS!! Sharon told me the same thing about not being available until Feb. but would let me know if they are available before then. I also like the blue/black outfit on pgs 27 and 28 I think...it's so cute!! LOL, that's the problem, too many are so cute}( !!

Hey you two, is the pink/black outfit that you are talking about on pages 29 and 30? If so, I like that one too. I think I like the long-sleeved jacket better with this set than the Rio De Janerio one....???

I see some cute outfits at Target etc., but I have went wild over these outfits. I'll start calming down soon. LOL But... while I'm not wild about the lenght of the pants on page 12, I love the color and love the white (Chih) top.

Oh yes, that would be the one!! I usually am not a "pink" person but I just LOVE that combination! I also love the outfits on pgs 27 and 28 as well. No haven't seen the red outfit on the website yet...hmmm now will have to go check that one out too!! I am also looking at a cute pair of black pants on page 5 style #3437 and a brown pair in the foldover waistband style on page 3 style#3387....those come in so many cute colors!! Can you tell I like this catalog?? LOL:+ Sharon called me yesterday to let me know my package was coming tomorrow and we ended up chatting for a good half hour as we paged through the catalog together....and she thought it was going to be a quick call}(!

Hi Jo! I ordered Cathe's outfit (in lime green) that she's wearing in IMAX3. Its gorgeous & the material is so soft & stretchy. Also received the mango tankini top & I ordered a turquoise color bra that Jai's wearing (in pink) in IMAX3. I haven't received it yet. The clothes are the best I've ever worn & I have a lot of apparel. HTH, Kathy
Hi Sandy, yes I am the one who order the Rio De Janeiro entire group! LOL Then KathyH just had to talk about her mango top, so while I was talking to Sharon and I said throw one of the mango in as well.. LOl what is $24 when you already spend way more than that, right? LOL
I love both styles of pants...the ones on page 30 AND page 5 The later has an interesting waist band. They all are so cute!!!!

Wow, you're credit card probably has flames shooting out of it at this point !! LOL! That is great though and hey let me tell you when I find something that actually looks good on me, you better believe I have to stock up on it}( !
Yes I'm very interested in the mango top as well but Sharon said it won't be in for a while. Oh I got my stuff by the way! I have the black vfront pants with side slits and I love it....I got a medium but I could have gone for a small, it's ok though because it doesn't tug at my waist and gives the illusion of smooth lines... I got the blue high neck top from Coremax and purple top from Musclemax both in large...I really like them but I would have felt a little more comfortable in a bigger size only because I like my tops to fit a little loose (I'm just paranoid about that area and i'm always afraid I look like a stuffed sausage!!) but still doable. But thanks to Cathe I can actually think about wearing this stuff outside of the house, last year I would never have considered doing that so I guess there is progress being made;-) ! I am very happy with the material, it's so light it feels like you're not wearing anything. I ordered the foldover pants in brown and i'm looking at some of those print tops as well, like the one on page 11 I think it's the grey top with a picture of the bhudda and japanese writing on the back.

I just notice that on the Kos website they put in the new catalog the one that Sharon sent us. I really wanted the black w/ pink pants and the black w/pink shirt but Sharon said it wouldn't be available until Feb maybe early. Hi Barbara. I have seen the page 12 in the catalog of the webside and it is not the outfit Cathe wears in IMAX 3. The outfit Cathe uses dosen't appear in the new catalog in the webside of KOS USA only the lime and purple outfit Rio de Janeiro style.

I still have my eyes on the Oh My Bod Logo "T" When it is shown with the model wearing the fitted shorts, I'm having to fight calling Sharon. I still have stuff coming from her, and I shouldn't confuse her at this time.
As you probably know, I'm in MT school and in process of taking a major major test. (I surprised myself at actually recognizing some of the questions...LOL) DH bought me something very big last night to let me know he has confidence that I will do well in this school. So I should hold down my little purchases for just a wee little while.
So not being available until February may be a good thing for me. haha
Cathe is wearing a brown/pink bra top that is not shown in the Oh My Bod flyer. I believe Sharon told me that it won't be available until February also. If we get the Hardcore Series before that particular top is made, I'm going to wear my pink one (Classic V-Back Cami Top) because the dye lot is the same as the Brown/pink outfit.

Hey Stayfit!! I did get the black/pink botton and pink/black that Cathe is wearing in Imax 3. Sharon did send a seperate piece of maybe a pull out from the other catalog of the Rio de Janeiro style and put it in the new catalog. I think the other black/pink looks more of a racer like Wanda said. I guess I'll wait til Feb
It would be so much easier if all this information was in a single place. I ordered 2 outfits: one from Stretch Max and one from IMAX3.

PLEASE let me know if this is no longer true so I can get the right top.
The fabric is great. I'm 5'1" and the small pants will work (just a little long). A little tighter than I normally wear, but I think a larger size wouldn't stay up over my bootie

I will call Sharon tomorrow about that brown/pink top. I was under the impression that the top was being made, and it would be available in February. I remember Sharon telling me that I need not worry about the pink fabric not matching the pink on the pants because they would be in the same dye lot cloth. But again, I will call tomorrow.
In looking at the pictures of Cathe in that top, it does not look possible to me that the top is simply tucked under. Look at the picture in the flyer and compare it to Cathe's front, side and back shots. For all that fabric to be tucked under, there would be bulges showing somewhere. Cameras pick up a lot of things, and I think the camera would show if it were a tucked in top.
However, I have been wrong before.;-)

I do, however, have 2 pairs of Hotpants that were not supposed to be put in a hot dryer but ended up there my mistake and they did not shrink in length, the thighs are a bit tighter though.LOL (joke I tell my husband...the pants shrunk, I did not get bigger) I am assuming since this fabric is lycra, as long as you cool wash and only air dry or very low dry, the fabric should not shrink by much or any.
I know this must be a hard decision; to alter or not. Sharon mentioned that they were going to make small, med and large sizes in shorter lengths and also longer lengths. I don't know if that helps or not?

Thank you for wishing me well on my test. I have to average 97 or better for all my 15 tests in school in order to get the job I really really want. It is a big big pressure on me to achieve this.
I wish I could have someone to look over my transcription before I submit it. While not giving me the answers or make the corrections, just say: "Are you really sure about this sentence and where you placed those commas?" Alas! This is part of it I suppose. MTs have to be able to answer to their own mistakes as they have to know the rules of grammar and punctuation. It is a nice dream though as it would relieve some of my anxiety. One sentence in my transcription is driving me crazy! GRRR. When I get angry, I sometimes Kickbox with Cathe.....}(
My hubby says that even if I get a C on my tests that I still can get a job; oh, but an A sounds so much better. This weekend I will be buried alive in all kinds of fiberoptic endoscopes and what they do.
Oh Boy! LOL Help remind me that I need my Cathe and Cathe friends. I will need saved!!!! :7
