Active Rest/Recovery Week DVD

I am a terrible creature of habit and would really love to stay on scheudule during my off week. I would be interested in a light workout that just helped to wake me up and start my day with maybe a warm up or a calming yoga-type stretch. :)

I know that I can take an entire week off and not do anything but the thought sort of scares me. I love the feeling of completing my workout and documenting it in my calendar etc... (creature of habit or ocd:p)
 
Wendy, I plan to do lots of cardio and core work, and just enjoy the freedom of picking a workout as I go along. The week will be over before we know it :)
