Active Recovery Week

Hi All,

During the active recovery weeks are you supposed to lift light weights, only do cardio or do nothing? I'm only on my first week of STS so I have a ways to go until the recovery week. Thanks for any input.
 
Definitely don't do weights, seems like most people will continue with activities like yoga and lighter cardio. I wish I could remember where I saw it, but I recall cardio is ok, but weights are not.
 
Cathe suggests cardio activities, yoga, stretching or total rest during your recovery week--NO weights. It's listed in the sticky in the STS cardio rotation suggestions.

Thanks for your input - I think I'm going to be looking forward to just some stretching and maybe light cardio, heck I'm looking forward to it now and I'm only in week 1!!!!
