1. Can one of Cathe's intense lower body workouts, such as, Legs & Glutes and Leaner Legs (from Xtrain Express) count as cardio workouts?

2. How much recovery time should I give myself after one of these intense lower body workouts before I go jogging or do a Cathe cardio workout?

1. No.

2. At least 24 hours; let your leg muscle feeling (DOMS or no?) be your guide at the 24-hour mark.
