I am supposed to measure vertically or horizontally? I saw a picture on the web and it was horizontal and I have been doing it vertically. Does it matter? Thanks!
I'm not sure if it matters all that much. I do it horizontally because thats how they tell you to do it. Make sure you grab right along the line of your navel and directly under your right breast. That supposedly is the correct location to pinch.
