I was in the health food store yesterday looking for my usual psyllium supplement and I came across Acacia (not acai) which is a clear soluble fiber that supposedly does not thicken. Psyllium has worked for me but I do bloat from it and am looking for other natural products that would work without all of the bloating. I did a search on Acacia and could not find much useful information. Has anyone heard of it or used it? Thanks!
