Just curious why I seem to have so much trouble with my abs.
When I first started doing Cathe - approx 6 wks ago - all off fit tv, I could for the most part get through the ab routines. I don't work abs very often 1 maybe 2 times a week.
Now when I do them, I can't get through what I used to.
My abs did tone up when I started.

Any thoughts regarding this and how to get past it would be appreciated.

Note, I'm not going for a six pack or anything, just to improve my core and get through the workout.
