Abs only - in the morning?

Hey guys, I need some help here. I have the Ab Hits DVD and thought I'd do an ab workout every morning. I don't have time to do a full workout of any sort with it, but I was wondering if anybody else does this or something similar and if it would be productive at all?

I think Cathe has said you don't need to do abs every day, but I have done abs after every workout for a time with pretty good results.

IMO, doing abs and nothing else would strengthen your abs, though depending on your body fat percentage I would think you may or may not be able to see the difference.
 
Everyone's different so you have to find what works for you. What are your goals concerning your abs, to increase strength, to make them look flatter?

My abs are my weakest area and, over the past few months, I've experimented with different things. For me, it seems that working my abs every day really helps to strengthen and define them. My weekly workouts consist of 2-3 days strength training (I include Bootcamp in this category), 2-3 days 30-60 min cardio (I include BC in this category as well) and yoga.

If you don't have time to work out, and abs are your weak area, something is better than nothing!
