Abs Diet for Women???

Maybe you can define what the diet is like a bit better. I cannot answer your questions because I don't have the book. I eat very clean and have since the beginning of July, and have not gotten bored because I love fresh veggies and fruit and whole grain products. I also eat a lot of fish as well. My abs have really flattened out from this, and this is after two kids, ages 19 and 14 the first a c-section.
 
I've read the Abs diet for men, and understand the one for Women is similar. It's based on similar principals to BFFM (the carb/protein/green veggie or fruit per meal - 5-6 small meals a day), but he does emphasis specific foods. Honestly, I think BFFM is a better book and not as exclusive. But, it's not a bad book and it certainly won't hurt you to read it and follow it.
