Hi Ladies!
I didn't see a checkin for Friday as yet, so I thought I'd start one. I apologize if I missed it and am repeating. I also want to say that I'm getting great ideas from all of your menus. So, thanks!!
Yesterday I did pretty well.
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Snack - Apple
Lunch - Egg whites with Spinach
Dinner - Lemon Chicken Breast w/veggies and sweet potatoe (YUM!!)
Snack- Homemade protein shake w/blueberries (using lactaid)
I'm doing Bootcamp today. I did Pyramid Upper Body for the first time yesterday. I understand what PYRAMID means now..haha Today, I'm running and doing extended ab work.
