Abs diet Check in April 13th

Hi Gals,
No one started the thread yet??? How come???:) I got up today and went to visit my SIL who is home for a visit with her two small kids.So thats where I have been to.
So far today I have had:
B-1 Cup High Protein cereal and 1 cup soy milk
S- Grapes and pretzels
L-Gonna be a shake
S-The rest of my shake
D-Steak and salad

I am also working out with a friend today. She doesn't work out very much so I am going to introduce her to Cathe. Im sure she will fall in love.....:) I am hoping to do Legs and GS B,B,S...if not maybe just the UB and we will do legs tomorrow.
I am also planning on doing cardio some time today.It is almost nice enough to run outside but its a bit wet.

Hi Lori and all! I just bought the book today. I've been reading your threads and enticed. I have 20 pounds to lose and have only lost 2 this past month. I'd love to hear how it's going for any of you. Thanks for the thread! Coleen
