Looks like it's down to you and me, Kiddo. About your question about the protein shakes and smoothies, the recipies in the book really call for you to make your own. This way you can really control what goes into them. If you can keep a blender at work and have access to some ice, that would be ideal. I've made my shakes ahead of time and put them in a thermos to take to work. Hope that helps. I'm so glad you are down to one job outside of the home..haha
Unfortunately, I've got some kind of virus that settled in the glands in my neck and I'm running a fever with it. So, my diet for yesterday and probably for the new future is low sodium soup, hot tea and water!! No workouts. This stinks!!! I wanted to check in with you though. I didn't want you to think I've abandoned you!
