ABS Ball

Any of you guys seen this in the store lately? Looks kinda neat. I am considering buying it. I haven't had a new gadget in a while! Well, either that or the Bosu (wanted that one forever, but sooo expensive for what it is)

The ABS Ball looks like a med ball but it has handles on the sides. You can hold on to it in push up position in core work, and other stuff. I did not look at it for long, but it does come with a video. It would also would be great to use for P90X or for woodchoppers in the Cathe workouts.


Seen it? Have it? Want it? Whadya think????

Is the ball weighted?? Where did you see it. I would really want to check it out.

I saw one of these in Target the other day. I thought it would be a good tool. It didn't weigh that much though. I am used to using dumbells or my 10 lb. medicine ball for abs. I think it might be handy in the push up position. Mindy Mylrea uses a med ball for some push up moves that are tough. I thought of that when I saw the ball with handles.

Actually, the ball weighed 8lbs!! I thought it was rather heavy!!

Very neat though. May have to get one! Saw it at Target too.....

Remember Ballaero? Or however you spell it? I have one of those balls with velcro handles - I'm sure it does the same thing.
