? about running

Hi girls, does anyone know what I could do in place of a 30 min. moderate run and a 40 min. interval run using cathe's w/o's? Please any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! Lori BC
 
I'll likely be wrong on this, but until the more seasoned posters chime in:

I'd substitute for the interval run the same length in a premix of Low Max, or one of the IMaxes. For the 30 min moderate run, I'd personally probably do a premix of Low Max.
 
I agree with Amyg..(Hi)...about the 30 min run, but I would definitely do an Imax for the Interval run....:)...Carole
 
For the 30 minute run I would do Step blast without the challenge, that is 30 minutes exactly and it is steady state like running would be. For the interval 40 minute run I would do Imax 2 which is 43 minutes of the cardio. Body max would also work for a substitute for a run and actually any of the imaxes are good for the interval.

Thanks so much ladies, I have all the Imax's but dont have LM so you think something like step and intervals would be ok? Or should I just do the Imax's? Thanks again! Lori BC
 
I think for the 30 min...you could do about any step...or maybe the Imax step portion plus a few of the blasts til you get to 30 min...:)...Carole
