??? about rotating weightlifting tapes

Hi Cathe,
I am new here and I want to say that I just love your videos!!
My question: I want your shoulders :D
Although I would like to build muscle in all of my upper body I would really like to put the emphasis on my shoulders. I was wondering what a good rotation would be to achieve this? I have all of your weight tapes. Should I train my shoulders more than my B,B,T,C?

Hi Storm! Shoulders is the muscle group that I enjoy the most. I personally do train them twice a week (when I have the extra time)while training the other body parts once per week. I find the shoulder routine on slow and heavy to give them quite a workout. Have fun!
 
Thank you so much Cathe :) I am definately going to train my shoulders twice per week. I am really enjoying the SH series. I plan on doing this rotation for 4 weeks. What tapes do you think would be best to do next? Thanks again.
